Short wait time. X-ray tech was great . Joseph was very helpful. Did not see Dr, Zirgibel.

I went to Dr Z for leg pain. I arrived on time and waited 4 hours. I was not the only one. My next visit was a 3 hour wait. The doctor and I had a discussion about the wait time, as I did not know if I wanted him to do another surgery on me. His excuss was emergencies. But on those days, it was not the reasons given by the staff. As a medical practice manager I can garantee it is poor time management and on the job staff socializing I could hear in the exam room. The doctor is very knowledgable and a great surgeon. He needs better time management.

Fast and simple process to check in, X-rays, and office exam. Dr Z and staff were great! Explained what my next procedure would be and scheduled my next appointments while I was there in the office. See y’all again soon!

Arrived early as instructed, waited 2 hours past appointment time to see doctor and nurse. Was told that everything looked good after bandage removal and two stitches. Received follow up instructions and scheduled second follow up for end of the month.

His professionalism. Him getting right to the point. Him telling me me everything that he saw on my MRI and CT scan. And what options I had to fix the problem. I thank him for ordering the test that would reveal what exactly was going on with my knee. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

He doesn’t return calls and has not let me know anything

I had total hip replacement 3 mths ago, he gave me so much confidence before and after the surgery. I trust him totally, no doubt!!! He's a very GOOD surgeon. I recommend him for any hip replacement. You won't be disappointed.

Extremely long waiting time. After the X-ray was done I was waiting in a room for 1 hour 20 minutes just to get a nurse. Don’t see a doctor. The nurse was attempting to diagnose my condition based on X-ray alone knowing that I a had a labral tear repair two years ago, which isn’t visible on X-ray. Suggested a cortisone shot without any further diagnostic tests. I made an appointment with an actual doctor at a different clinic. Will not return

He knew his stuff but didn't give me much time to talk.He left and thought he would be back but instead sent some exercises with his assistant

The staff here is great. They all greet you with a smile. Dr. Zirgbel came in being apologetic for my wait time, he was very kind and very explanatory about my issue. I highly recommend TOC.

I couldn’t have gotten better treatment from Dr Z and his assisting NP. Relaxed friendly attitude and a sense of humor, obvious skill and ability. I recommend Dr. Z to anyone.

Was in a hurry. Did not ask about my history for the possible nerve pain. Did not use deadening spray before giving the injection and it was very painful. Made referral and appointment without my permission. I have cancelled that to see if the injection works.

Dr. Zirgibel recently administered an injection in my knee. He was very professional and polite. I was a little nervous, but he explained the process step by step. He answered all my questions and was very attentive to my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to others.

His nurses are wonderful. I remember waiting an Hour and a half past appt time. Then rushed in and rushed out. He never really let us speak. Or explain the pain. He was in our room less than 5 mins. Every visit. Was the same. He was very condescending.

Dr. Z recently performed a total knee replacement on me. The surgery was a complete success. Six weeks later, I have been able to return to work and assume normal activities with little discomfort. He is a consummate professional who I believe is truly happy about my successful outcome.

Easy to talk with and explained my knee pain, I received injection in both knees and Doctor said I should have some relief very quickly. My time was short and not wasted waiting to see the doctor. Medical staff were all very helpful and polite. Medical office was very clean. Waiting room did not seem to be over booked while waiting a short time before seeing the doctor. I was very comfortable talking with the doctor and would definitely recommend.
