Dr. Bridget Briggs, MD

My daughters and I have been going to Dr. Briggs for ADHD for years. The DEA requires quarterly visits if you're taking stimulants. She tried to bump us up to visits every other month (6 extra visits to pay for each year.) More recently, I made an appointment to get refills. They didn't tell me that Dr Briggs no longer prescribes stimulant meds (policy change). Instead, I showed up for my visit only to be told they could only offer me a psych referral. It was a complete waste of my time. I told her I shouldn't be billed for this, and that the staff should have been said something when I booked the appointment. Moreover, she did not iffer any non-stimulant medication (just a referral.) She did NOTHING. I feel like I'm being extorted. At least they've stopppped trying to push the doctor's (MLM?) products on me.

Dr Briggs has been my primary care physician since 2005. She has been the best Dr that I could ask for. For many years it was just the basics flu, colds and shots etc. Then in 2021, I became very ill and Dr Briggs did everything in her power to keep me alive. (this is not being dramatic.) Dr Briggs is a doctor that will give you the time that you need to understand what is going on. My case got so complicated that I ended up hospitalized and on a feeding tube. Dr Briggs was there from the routine to the very complicated. Dr Briggs listens to what you say as she believes that you know your body and she answers questions in a way that is understandable.It not always easy to get an appointment since she is so busy and sometimes there is a wait, but Dr Briggs is worth the wait. I see previous reviews that refer to terrible staff and Dr Briggs does listen to her patients and I see that she has made changes in her staff for positive change for the entire office.

Patient : 2015- 2023 Termination notice 5/11/2023 Dr Briggs terminated my care because her scheduling coordinator overstepped her boundaries and I addressed her. She notified Dr Briggs with her side of the story and Dr Briggs never called me, or checked phone records before terminating my service. The way she handled this situation proves to me she has no patient care skills and no desire to fair.

I always look for the best in anything, esp. when it concerns health why I have Dr. Briggs. She spends time with me and explains and discusses with me the importance of her recommendations but still lets me decide on her recommendations. Been with her and even if my insurance will be expensive, I always stick with her.

New patient, haven’t even been here yet. Started calling at 8:30 am when they say their phone lines are open and the line says they are closed. However, if you push 7 the line will say their phone lines are open 8:30-4 M-F. Guess I’ll be calling my insurance to have my kids and myself seen elsewhere. Especially since I need to have one of my kids seen today for antibiotics and they are unreachable. First doctor in Temecula we were referred to and giving all doctors in Temecula a bad rep. It’s 9 am now and lines are still closed. Good luck to anyone that really needs an appointment.

Terrible terrible run office. Doctor is often 1-2 hours late. Staff is rude and what’s worse is the doctor does not believe in science. She publicly claimed that CoVid was a hoax and that it was nothing but a flu. Woman is a nut job. Oh, also, she pushes all sorts of supplements on you.

I became a patient on December 1, 2020. My first appointment with Traci Dyer was great she was professional, caring and very intelligent. I needed several orders, referrals and prescriptions. This is when the trouble started the nurse send the order for prescriptions to the wrong pharmacy. They handed me the orders that needed no authorization. But one the most important one took and additional week for the to process. Then another week before they got it to the right place after 8 phone calls to the office I gave up and picked up order myself all the staff were rude and incompetent and unwilling to help me. I let them know how incompetent they were they had no answer just looked at me dumbly. I sell Medicare insurance for a living and I will never recommend this in terrible office to anyone. What a horrific experience. Get a new staff Dr Briggs if you plan to stay in business!

Absolutely love her P.A. Traci Dyer, been going to this office over ten years, true the wait can be grueling but most of the staff, especially the women who works in blood work results and medical records is like a correctional officer gone bad, rude, very curt on phone. And no patience, she needs a job not working with the public! And getting your own blood work results, they can’t give them to you unless you make an appt! Absurd especially when your waiting on a covid test result! You just want to know!!!!!!! Don’t need to spend more $ for an appt.! If Traci ever left this office I would follow her and leave this dr Briggs practice in a New York minute!!

Dr. Briggs and staff are the BEST! I have seen many Doctors, but Dr. Briggs and her PAs, NP, medical staff are very knowledgeable, compassionate and find the root of the problem. I'm very grateful and thankful to put my care in their hands!

Finally, I've found a doctor who takes the time to discern and understand my individual needs, and doesn't treat me like merely a list of symptoms. Each time I've seen her she has suggested cutting edge treatments that have really made a positive difference. I'm very impressed by her wealth of knowledge, and her ability to convey it.

Dr. Briggs is extremely thorough and pro-active. I love her. She is personable and makes me feel very informed about my health issues. I’ve been her patient for 9 years and am happy to have her new office in Temecula, so close to my home.

The front desk staff are very rude. I have been to “Dr Briggs” office about 10 times and have never once seen her so I’m not even sure she exists. I need to find a new doctor ASAP. I have a infection that I need antibiotics for and they can’t get me on the calendar for 4 days. Insane.

If I could give her a zero I would. She doesn’t care about her patients. She’s rude and her staff is rude. She keeps you waiting in her office for over an hour before she ever comes to see you and this happened to me every time I went to her. I stayed with her for a year just to give her a chance but she never got any better I now have someone else as a doctor.

This office is so disorganized thay they have not posted the results of a battery of tests they ordered months ago. They refer to specialistbut do not let them do their job, insisting on extra visits. No one answers questions or returns phone calls

Long wait times to see doctor and very rude staff.

I have been calling and leaving messages for over a week and they won't get back to me. I have an infection and after taking a 2nd course of antibiotics, it hasn't gone away. Not sure what to do. Holiday weekend is coming up.

I will be eternally greatful to this exceptional physician! She diagnosed and cured an illness that 8 other doctors missed simply because they did not want to take the time to do their job. This highly skilled doctor was a direct answer to many prayers on my behalf and I highly recommend her.

She left me waiting in the waiting room for almost 2 hours...Every time I had an appointment, when I came out there were no more patients waiting, everyone was seen before she came in to see me...I found that very strange and aggravating.....it's like she forgot me every single time or wanted to make me her last patient no matter what time my appointment was.
