Dr Blazek is by far one of the best OBGYN I know. As I reach the end of my pregnancy. She has been nothing but kind, compassionate, patient, and extremely educational to me. Although I did not receive any severe pregnancy scares. Her staff promptly notified me and it was dealt with immediately. The only sad thing is; I wish i met her before to give birth to my daughter. Thank you Dr Blazek for helping me make my last and final pregnancy a walk in the park.

As an anxious person w/a complicated medical history, I was nervous about starting to have a family. Prior to getting pregnant, Dr. Blazek sat with me for an hour to talk about my options and listened to every minor and major concern I had. When I finally got pregnant, she held my hand the whole way. Her calming nature was the major reason why I look back on my delivery with a positive outlook. She is a straight-shooter, but also has compassion for her patients. I'd recommend her to anyone!

If only zero stars were available... She is a horrible doctor. She is lazy and refuses to do anything unless you specifically ask for it. She had me come back every other day for 2 months before telling me I had a possible ectopic pregnancy but they didn't know where. I almost died because she failed to examine me properly and catch the 13 week tubal pregnancy that resulted in emergency surgery at a more qualified hospital. I spent over $1000 in unnecessary surgeries, medications, & blood draws.

Worst doctors office ever! Horrible customer service. The staff is rude and lie to you to cover up their mistakes. This place sucks! Made me spend $100 out of pocket for FREE birth control because they effed up my prescription and they will not take responsibility for it! They make you wait and put you on hold FORVER! DO NOT COME HERE!
