I first went to Dr Briggs for routine eye exams years ago & when he relocated from Charlotte to Hendersonville, I continued going to him for my facial needs.

As far as hair transplant us concerened, this doctor has no idea what he I saw doing. He has brought on a couple of girls that don't know what they are doing either. Terrible experience, waste of time and money. Take my word for it, don't waste your time.

8-31-16 I had a disconcerting experience with an eye Doctor in Charlotte, who was rude to me. I was left with an on going annoying sties, altering my site. I was referred to Dr. Cook and was seen right away. He discussed my concerns ( a slit at the end of my eyelid) which was creating the ongoing sties. He looked and said," I can fix that". He has great way about him, relaxed and comfortable. I would see him again for anything regarding facial surgery. I say Five Stars for this Doctor!

I absolutely adored Dr Cook! Dr Cook has the best bedside manner of any Doctor I have ever seen. He is passionate about his patients and his work. He spent more than ample time explaining my up coming procedure. Everyone of his staff members treated me with the utmost respect. I cannot wait to see the outcome of my procedure. I have complete trust in his work.

Dr. Cook was faced with a very complicated surgery in a very sensitive area of my face - my right eye lid. A skin cancer had been removed by a Pathologist, who referred me to Dr. cook. The cancer had spread down into my cheek area leaving Dr. Cook with a complicated option of closing up the surgery done. Dr. Explained, in detail, to me what he recommended for me to satisfy just what I was hoping for as far as any scaring that I would be left with. my end results were excellent, he cared!
