Dr. Brigitte Salembier, DO

I honestly don't know why I stayed with this doctor for so long. Every concern I came to her with ended with me being told that my symptoms were just from "stress" and/or that nothing was wrong with me. I know by body well enough to know when something is wrong... One of the last times I saw her, I asked to get bloodwork done for my thyroid levels because I was convinced that they were off. She insisted they were perfectly fine both before and after tests. Recently checked my MyChart results to see that they were flagged as abnormally high (5.86 compared to a normative range of 0.4-4.0). She completely failed to tell me that my thyroid levels were off and let me walk out of the office with no support or solutions. I find it unethical to not inform your patient of abnormal results when they're struggling. Sadly, Google ended up giving me better diagnostic and treatment support over the years.

Dr. Salembier was courteous and listened to all of my concerns. She took time to explain treatment options and didn't pressure me toward any certain decision. She allowed me to pick what I felt was best for me.

Today was my first visit with Dr Salembier, My old Dr passed away recently so, they transfered me to her. I would say that my first experience with Dr Salembier went well. I'm looking forward on getting a better health with her. Thank you Dr.

I feel this provider could benefit from further education. Not well rounded in her practice. Isn't well acclimated with ethical and moral values. And or regulations. Again this is my experience and I'm not trying to devalue her. Just that I went through a very tough time following her actions at my last.visit with her. AND when the the finsl tests came back, and she was wrong . She never talked to me again or even said she was sorry, or wrong... I'm not a professional. But I studied 6
