I went in for problems with vertigo and tinnitus. My vertigo was temporarily gone. Two days later, the vertigo returned. The medication wasn’t working so I called her office leaving a message and I spoke with front desk staff. No one ever called back. It has been three months. Nothing was done about the tinnitus. Tinnitus continues to be a problem three months later.

Dr Netty Pot
I went in for pain in the right gland of my ear and issues with thick sputum. She told me to use a netty pot and that everyone has sputum. Turns out I have a bacteria that was causing the problem. If she was helpful and interested, this bacteria could have been stopped 3 years ago but she dismissed me and went on to the next patient.

She wasted my time. Had nothing helpful to say. Was so dismissive of my problem and had nothing more to say than what my PCP had recommended until I could see a specialist. Dr. Weber was not on time or even slightly interested in my deviated septum. I felt invisible. .

Abrupt and dismissive
Was dismissive of my primary complaint and was abrupt and rather condescending. She wasted my time and hers. Looking for another ENT.

The best ENT I have met.
My visits with Dr. Weber have been helpful and informative. She listens to my symptoms and complaints attentively and explains everything in full before, during, and after treatment. She suggested an MRI for my problem, but when I told her my copay would be triple digits, she gave other options to follow first in order to make that test a last resort. She has in all cases taken my input very seriously and treated me with the utmost respect. All the staff at this office have been friendly and efficient, and while the processes are handled quickly and smoothly, I have never felt rushed or pushed aside.

Lack of compassion
Dr Weber treated my 92 year old father. Her lack of hospice knowledge and lack of compassion made his end of life decision even more stressful. Threatening to withhold hospice care unless we agreed to more unnecessary testing . Disappointing, frighting behavior for a professional.

My appointment with Dr. Weber was an absolute waste of time, and a terrible waste of insurance dollars!!!!!. She certainly does not listen to concerns, and discounts all that is explained to her. She rushed is and out of the office, leaving you sit shaking your head in disbelief. I tried to explain countless times exactly what my symptoms were, but all she continued to say was "if it continues, come back" to see her! Dr Weber is a prime example of a terrible physician, in my opinion.
