I don’t feel cared for
She spent the 1st half of my appointment with another patient which resulted in me not being able to talk about my needs properly. She acted like I was a new patient and that the issues I was bringing up I’d never mentioned before. She had labs done and sent a referral… but not for my main concern which she didn’t properly address. I have complex issues that I’ve been trying to get help for for years. The last thing I need is a doctor who doesn’t even have time to see me properly.

We have over a year and a half of disappointment
Where do i start... I have chronic issues, Endometriosis, daily headaches, migraine headaches. new found colitis.. etc.. so lets start from the beginning. She was sweet, i thought she was going to be the Dr to help me.. we talked a good while during my first visit and that day things got done as far as referrals etc . she sent me to a specialist. i was sent in for a colonoscopy. found the culprit through that. the next visit i had with this Dr didn't go like i thought it would for sure. since i deal with chronic issues i wanted to tell her what i was dealing with and made an apt for that. she walked in and immediately said she didnt have time. ... okay.. great.. so i suggest to test for a certain disease to see if i can start to find why i am sick everyday. she tested. i didnt have it and she never tried to find what it was.. i was finally diagnosed by the hospital a year later for ulcerative colitis which was the reasoni was sick everyday and what i wanted to talk to her about the day

I FELT INVISIBLE
I should have written a review long ago. Dr Leslie was our physician. He was outstanding. He left the clinic for an offer he said he could not refuse. We understood and wished him luck. We were referred to Dr. Frisby as a replacement. What a big disappointment she turned out to be. I found her cold, not hearing what I was saying and worst of all, seemingly indifferent to me as a person. She failed to meet my medical needs (which were not complicated). We then went in to the compassionate and responsive care of Angela and her wonderful nurse Kayla. Angela later left the clinic. There was a change in management and we no longer felt confident in the facility and thus, left. Wherever Angela is, we wish her the best as she gave us her best. I wish I could have said something nice about Dr. Frisby, but all such adjectives continue to escape me.

I feel like the review that is on this page is bogus. If this doctor had sent this patient to many specialists, and they still couldn't figure out what is wrong... then why is it your primary care physician's fault? Why not discuss your issues about this with her instead of blasting it on the internet. Sounds like she went above and beyond and you are not satisfied.

Dr Frisby was great at first. She was set on trying everything she could to figure out what was causing my health issues. After sending me to multiple specialty doctors and not being able to find out what is wrong with me I felt like she started treating me like I was making my issues up. I’ve never felt so belittled by a Dr in my life. Since my health still has not improved and we still don’t have answers she just seems done with helping me. I’ve never sought after pills or anything of that manner. I have just been very concerned for my health and won’t stop seeking answers until I find them. There is a lot more negative things that have happened that I could add but I won’t share everything. Let’s just say I haven’t had any good experience with her in a long while. To me the way I have been treated has been very unprofessional. Just plan on feeling like she don’t believe you if she can’t figure it out. I can also go in over the same problem and she never acts like she remembers me.
