Dr. Britto Chinnappan, MD

I have been a patient for almost twenty years. Never waiting for an appointment. They take care of all my health care needs and testing. Dr. Chinnappan is kind, thorough and I trust him. My husband has multiple health concerns and we rely on our GP to oversee all his needs. The private office staff offers personal attention that we really appreciate. Lindsay handles the front office and we love her!!

Dr. Chinnappan has provided excellent care to me. He promptly diagnoses any issues I have and recommends evidence based solutions.

I have been going to Dr. Chinnappan since I moved here in 2002. In my, and every health provider I have spoken with regarding him, opinion he is the absolute best and caring doctor Ft. Myers has to offer. He is definitely a doctor other doctors go too!

He is knowledgeable but he talks very low and is difficult to hear

Dr. Chinnappan listens to understand the patients problem. I never feel rushed and he is very good at helping diagnosing problems. Also he is very knowledgeable about drug interactions. I would highly recommend him.

He is ok the one time I've seen him, the problem is is his staff They are extremely Rude when i called to let them know that my insurance company was not getting a responce from them to send the medicine I needed ,so they could not send when i tried to call them because Humana ask me to try and get them to respond, they were extremely rude and wouldnt even listen to me and continued to hang up on me I will Not be going to this doctor again , not because of Dr Chinnappan but because of his Un Professional and Rude Staff I have made and appt with another doctor

He is just the best! He is quiet; but, he takes real good care of you. My brother and I are alive because of him!

Dr Britto Chinnappan has been my PCP since 2008. He is a very knowledgeable physician, a great listener and a gentleman. His office staff is polite and helpful., with wait times under 10 minutes. They do not overbook patient appointments so you never feel hurried. I highly recommend this practice for your health care needs. Florida Gulf Internal Medicine.

As a physician who has worked with Dr. Chinnapan for years, there is no one that I would trust more to care for me and my family. I am so pleased to have him as my PCP.

Dr. Chinnappan himself was competent. However the office and billing staff was so incompetent and unprofessional and so hard to deal with I will not be returning. From making me change my PCP to Dr. Chinnappan ( insurance said not necessary) to collecting the wrong copay at time of visit, then sending bill for additional $25! Insurance co called office multiple times to explain they were pd. in full. Not until they received a Medicare compliance letter did it get resolved 6 mo. later.

He is very knowledgeable, soft spoken and friendly.

Dr. Chinnappan is en excellent doctor. He quickly diagnosed my condition and has been very helpful in keeping me healthy since. He is never in a hurry and always answers my questions. I have never had a better physician.

After moving to Ft Myers, Dr. C was recommended by a neighbor. I found him to be friendly, kind and answered all my questions and gave the why to what he was saying. I will keep going to Dr. Chinnappan as my primary care physician.

Waited over a month to hear back about some blood work that didn't come out normal. When I call (after a month) they wanted me to wait until my next appointment, which was two more months. They also had my age and sex wrong. Then when I ask for my medical records, they said I would have to pay for them. This was a very bad experience and a waste of my time and money! I would never go back to Dr Chinnappan again.

Saw me quickly. Was thorough and explicit in his directions and instructions. Has a nice, relaxed manner with patients. Very happy I found him!
