Dr. Tarshish did not review the previous medical records sent weeks before a scheduled appointment. She outright dismissed a previously diagnosed genetic condition without reviewing any blood work or other medical data. Dr. Tarshish informed us that "in her opinion as a geneticist," the documented condition did not cause the symptoms reported. She offered no alternative diagnosis and could not explain why prescribed medication for the aforementioned condition successfully stopped the symptoms.
