Dr. Lanier is very professional, kind, and personable. It is easy to ask him questions and have him answer clearly. I would highly endorse him to anyone who needed a very competent plastic surgeon. His office staff at Costa Mesa where I went on this last visit included [staff name removed]. They just add to a wonderful experience!

There was not a lot of discussion about the procedure prior to the surgery and I did not know that there was the possibility of disfigurement. I would not have spent $7600 had I known. I was happy with the breast reconstruction and was anticipating good results from this - very disappointed.

Dr. Lanier told me he was going to order one exam and actually ordered another exam. I was set to do one exam and when I saw my chart, another exam was ordered and I agreed to the one exam, not the other. Although I will do both, I really would like the initial exam that he initially said he would order. So I'm not happy about him ordering another exam that I believe would not be as accurate as the exam we spoke about in the appointment. Other than that, he was very thorough, he took time and was a very nice guy.

Dr. Lanier was sick at the time of our appointment with the sniffles and coughing and sneezing. He was up close due to the exam process and now I am sick. I don't know ... I don't know why he came to work if he wasn't feeling well, but he was wiping his nose on his sleeve. And so, I just thought that it was inappropriate for a doctor, especially when we all just came through COVID and we have been wearing masks. Why he didn't have a mask on, I'm not quite sure. But anyway, I'm under the weather today and he was sneezing and was very obviously ill and not up to 100 percent health. So, that is my complaint. I didn't want to go to the doctor to get sick, but I did.

Very good, the nurses and the doctor excellent well. Everything was very good, very good, they washed their hands well and they were very attentive to my husband, they were super, I would especially recommend it to all the strange family. Thank you very much for serving us.

Dr. Lanier is a very very good ..caring..calm doctor. He explains everything and is very good with my son! He is one of the best we have seen down here in California. Best doc ever!!! Thank doc. Lanier for being some light at the end of our tunnel!
