Dr Uptagraff is professional, caring and friendly. She takes the time during the examination to ask questions and to answer your questions. During the Covid crisis she kept us informed about the best options for the vaccine and how to stay safe. The entire staff at Innova Primary Care exhibit the same attributes

The Innova team really listen to you. They are both professional and compassionate. They are great about responding back to your emailed questions. You feel safe because they are constantly cleaning the waiting area although you hardly have to wait there at all. They are efficient with your appointment without making you feel rushed. They make you feel like a person and not a number.

I love this practice. They listen to you, treat you with respect and the office is clean.

This office is incredible. I’m a relative newer patient but I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences there. The staff is intuitive and attentive to all my needs and I just couldn’t say enough good things about them.

I have some pretty bad trust issues with doctors from past experiences and so did a lot of research before applying to be a patient at Innova. So far, I have absolutely loved it! I have a few chronic issues that are managed by specialists, and Dr. Uptagrafft's office is keeping my specialists updated / not trying to re-invent the wheel, which is nice. I love the same-day sick feature; one reason I haven't liked PCPs in the past is because I could never get in when I really needed to and always ended up at an urgent care for things like strep/flu etc. I needed a same-day sick appointment around New Year's, and they were incredibly accommodating. I also like that it's a very nice office (tastefully furnished, clean, they give you a robe instead of just paper for pap smears), yet it's not over the top (doctors whose offices are filled with real granite & real leather make me instantly distrust them, to be honest). So far, so good!

recently had my first appointment here, honestly beyond impressed with the level of care and understanding! I have quite a complex medical history and am often worried about scaring doctors away, but the entire staff at Innova were so helpful and met all of my needs and then some. sure there are some added fees but honestly as someone who has battled through the medical institution and had horrible luck, just finding a practice that will coordinate my care, offer same day appointments, and is organized and willing to help, to me that’s a blessing I do not take for granted, and I’m happy to pay extra to be truly taken care of. I’d highly recommend their office (so far) to anyone dealing with chronic illness who needs a little more than the typical in and out doc in a box can offer!

Sweet providers, but unfortunately the numerous mistakes I've experienced here is causing me to leave. In addition, this office sent dozens of texts, phone calls, emails, and even a letter in an attempt to have me schedule an annual physical visit in addition to all the other visits I paid them this year. I hope they will fix these issues. This could be a great practice.

I have had an awesome experience with Dr. Uptagrafft and her whole staff. They are very attentive to details, never have to wait and are always accessible. I feel that I have an advocate for my health that truly cares what happens to me and my husband!

Dr. Brooke has designed her practice to emphasize total care of the patient. This starts with the administration of appointments and making sure you see the Nurse Practitioner very quickly upon arrival. Nurse Practitioners spend significant time with me on each visit. They are careful to update information and it is immediately updated on a very convenient and easy to use website. This gives you access to current medication, current blood test, current visit summaries, etc. With this information available it assists with care of diabetes and blood pressure goals for me. I can see that many other chronic diseases would be aided with this easily accessible information for most patients. Further, any time I communicate about needed pharmacy updates or changes, the response is terrific. I am a CPA and the way a practice is run is important to patients and is very important for fighting illnesses. I am a big fan of Dr. Brooke and her staff.

After 2 years of being a patient with Innova and thinking they truly care enough for their patients the tell my I have to start paying a monthly fee. Too many good doctors in Huntsville for that.

I have a medical condition that requires surgery. The referral I was given cannot see me for 3 months. I tried to call her office but they won’t let me talk to my NP on the phone. I was forced to explain my problem to 3 different people in her office , all admin types, none had medical training. They messed up a cancellation 3 times. I love my NP there but will not be going back. I tried to send a message through their portal but after I typed a detailed explanation, their portal failed.

She took time with me, staff is friendly, kind, informative, They are willing to work with other Dr's to help you achieve good health.
