While the in office time is as reasonably pleasant as it can be, I have found the administrative follow through to be seriously lacking. I have had several occasions where I have needed to call multiple times or have other sectors of my medical care prod them to complete work weeks after it should have been initially done. Several times I have called and left messages only to have them never responded to. In one particular case I ended up calling at least 2 times a week for a month and not one of my messages was ever logged in their records. All this has resulted in times where I was left without needed medications for several days at a time.

I’ve visited Dr. Brady twice now. I only went back a second time because I figured he had to have been having an off day the first time I saw him. But he was exactly the same the second time. He barely looked at me, didn’t explain my condition at all, and only asked me a couple of questions (while he was on his computer) before simply telling me he would send in my prescription. He spent less than 5 min with me at both visits. Both visits were bizarre. I’m only giving 2 stars because his staff was awesome.

Awful awful experience. Told me it wasn't my thyroid, which I was referred there for specifically, but yet prescribed me thyroid medication any way. Didn't take any additional blood work except for the one test from my family Dr. Guess what, I went in to a new specialist and lo and behold, it IS my thyroid!!! So thanks for wasting my time and $65. Go somewhere else.

I was very happy with my first visit with Dr. Brady. I have Hashimoto's and he was the first person to really explain things to me in a way I could understand. He was straightforward which I appreciated very much. I went to him for a second opinion and I think now I will make him my official endocrinologist!

I've seen Dr. Brady twice and found him to be highly organized and informative on each visit. He is very friendly and personable when you have time to sit and talk with him. The office is having problems with their sign-in post visit information system which they are replacing. I am very happy with all the information he has passed on to me about my latest problem. I have seen more than one Dr. for the condition and he is the first to pass on links where I can read and educate myself!

Dr. Brady is extremely intelligent, very thourogh, listens to your problems, and then will suggest many solutions, or tests to resolve the issues! I do have a great deal of trust with Dr. Brady... Yes, he is reserved; however, once you get to know him, he is great! I appreciated ALL of the tests that he did for me! He cared, and listened... Thank you!

He lets me adjust my medication according to my needs and different exercise situations. That lets me have better control of my glucose than if it was the same everyday. It also makes me feel he trust me to do the best thing for me.

I saw Dr. Brady for a consultation on a recommendation from my primary care Dr. I found him to be very informative and to the point, which I appreciate. He did have trouble with eye contact which I found a little distracting, but in answer to one reviewer who complained about his being on the computer all the time.....this is the way it is now! ALL my Drs. are on the computer when I'm there, mostly checking test results and drug interactions! He's doing his job! Thanks Dr. Brady!

New patients of Dr. Brady via referral. the office got us an appointment very quickly. However, for the first appointment, we were admittedly 11 minutes late (we were slowed somewhat by surgery the day before.) Apparently, there is a policy in the office if you are late by 10 minutes you have to reschedule. We waited 15 minutes after we arrived before anyone acknowledged us at the front desk, only to be informed of this policy. If the Dr's competence is reflected by office policy?!!!!

I am not very pleased with the care I have been given. After going in for a follow up visit 9 mo. after my treatment, I was told I should have been on a higher dose of medication that I wasn't aware of. Many pounds of weight gain later, & not a whole lot of doctor/patient interaction. This information was apparently in a patient portal that I couldn't get into.. What happened to contacting a patient personally to make sure they were absolutely aware of what was going on with their medical cond.?

Spends his visit time on the computer and you are not sure if he is even listening to you. Leaves you waiting in the exam room.
