Had a miserable experience with this Dr. Gantz and his staff. Went through testing procedures with his staff initially. They were extremely uncaring and rude to me and my wife. I didn't actually see him until the very end of my appointment and he acted very rude, disinterested, and arrogant. Without providing me with constructive advice on my condition, he simply prescribed two medications that offered no benefits and had side effects that actually exasperated my condition. If I could give Dr. Gantz zero stars, I would.

Dr. Gantz is one of the best, if not the best, ENT/ Otolaryngologists. Our son had a complicated cholesteatoma and he had 4 failed surgeries in Atlanta and we are so glad we found Dr. Gantz. He has developed a new technique, it worked wonderfully the first time! He is kind and wonderful with patients and a premier surgeon. We cannot recommend him enough.

I saw Dr. Gantz for sudden hearing loss when I was 39. My care was excellent; his explanations were clear and helpful. He has earned his reputation as an excellent doctor.

Dr. Gantz has a god complex. Be aware that the clinic orders an audiogram when you make an appointment without telling you or giving you a choice. This is a $500 test. The doctor doesn't care about your past medical history, either. I would avoid this clinic if you can.
