I have been seeing Dr. Mickey for several years. I think he is positively a miracle man! He removed my brain tumor, freed me of headaches, and saved my life. He is the kind of doctor everyone deserves and should be so lucky to have! He is kind, caring, and I think, the best neurosurgeon in the world! Everyone in his office is friendly and so nice!

Dr. Mickey is amazing. Can't imagine there is a better neurosurgeon in the country, much less the state of Texas. I got home yesterday from my second craniotomy performed by Dr. Mickey. First one was in 2006 when I was told by MD Anderson I wouldn't live to see 2008. Dr. Mickey did so well that I ONLY did the surgery and then waited for ELEVEN years to have to do anything else. He's not only an amazing surgeon but really cares about the patient. Strongly recommend if unfortunately needed.

Dr Mickey treated me like a real person, not just a medical case. He is very thorough and would not operate until he had done every test and was convinced it was necessary. He is also very compassionate and kind.
