I had a toe injury about three years ago, visits to various Podiatrists did not good. Dr. Nigro was the first Doctor to make some headway in relieving the pain. Much to my surprise, he is no longer in St. Augustine. I may make the three hour drive to finalize the treatment. Good Luck Dr. Nigro; St. Augustine misses you. Kathleen Barnard
