Office staff is horrible
Was a patient for a long time but had to change drs because his staff was incompetent and would not give him messages. The staff would think they knew better than the dr himself. Also was refused an account audit to verify patient balance , as it was “too much “! Very unprofessional!

Staffing issues is biggest problem – Jul 16, 2022

This was by far the most unprofessional staff I've experienced. Terrible attitude, staff using the worst profanity in front of the patients to eachother. Complaining about patients as soon as they leave. The FAA gives multiple options for the vision test, they only provide 2 incredibly outdated and discolored options causing many people to have to take inflight visions tests with the FAA to make up for it. I'm a pilot of 11 years and have never had a vision restriction. The assistant said I only 'see color because my brain makes up for the lack of color causing me to see the proper color.' We went around the room as I properly described every color in extreme detail to the specific shade and color ratios. She then referred to me as a dog and told me I shouldnt be flying. This place is an absolute joke. They gave me no option for additional vision testing because they "don't do that." Which, is not regulation. This office gives a bad name to pilots, healthcare professionals and the FAA.

My visit was so quick he didn’t listen to my concerns and the nurse was knocking on the door before we could get to no each and other and discuss my concerns. But he is a Great Doctor just no so considerate of his patients. I should not had to go to Er when he was my doctor. What’s the purpose for a private doctor and I got to go to ER and pay both I don’t have money to just give away. I feel That was not cool to pay Doctor and emergency room bill. Poor service on that end sad

This guy is a complete joke of a doctor. I would have trusted my mailman to treat my loved one better. Very unprofessional, absolute NO bedside manner, unwilling to listen to anything as he came into the room with preconceived notions and felt he knew everything, refused to look at computer to get a complete background on the patient, which I knew was there because other doctors had accessed the info as well. Then, when we requested him NOT to return or treat the patient any longer, he came back in the following day to tell a family member (the one who had spoken up for the patient as he was unable to do so for himself) that she was wrong and he was right. Completely disheartened with his lack of concern for the patient as a whole, and his need to be right. The other staff in the unit and the other doctors have been phenomenal. But Dr. Pava is a complete joke and should not be allowed to practice medicine. I feel for any one who trusts him as their medical provider.

To say is staff was unprofessional is an understatement. The nurse was literally RUNNING between rooms and making self-deprecating jokes and complaining about the doctor. The doctor did not listen and we had to end the appointment by saying he had nothing to offer. The blood pressure cuff looked like it was straight out of the 1950s and the office was old and dingy. This doctor, his staff, and the office seem to be on their last leg of professional life. Don't subject yourself to this nonsense.

Do NOT recommend. He was unprofessional and inappropriate. He invalidated my struggle with anorexia and when I was in the hospital for malnutrition, stating that I wasn't a "stick" and didn't look like I "came from a concentration camp." He also refused to treat a diagnosed heart issue I've had for 16 years, stopped my medication cold turkey, and told me, when I challenged him on my need to get back on that medication, that I "wanted to be sick," and was upset because he wasn't telling me I was.

He is pathetic. He visits patients in the hospital for less than five minutes, does not communicate with family on patient status. Does not write up care plans to achieve positive outcomes for patients. Do not use this poor excuse for a doctor.
