Disappointed in Communication
Dr. Preston was our family dentist for over 30yrs until late Sunday 08/06/2023, I received an email stating that the office had permantely closed and his practice was being transfered to a trusted friend of his in Tucker, Ga. When i reached out to the new dentist i was told that they were not in our network. One would think that the notification of the office closing and the transferring of patients could have been handled in a better way. I am literally at a lost for words, this was not done with any respect to his patients.
