I hope that my review saves someone else from going to Dr. Snider. He was 45 min late for my appt. He asked me where I worked 3 times and when I mentioned that we had already discussed this, he said his "mind was in left field". I have to pay for a person who wasn't listening to me. He asked the same questions over and over again. This appt was useless!

Dr Snider took great care of my 91 year old mother. He was very kind and did not fail to see the potential in even a 91 year old. He has years of expertise and worked my mother through a very difficult time with a drug induced psychosis. The 1st 4 questions do not apply to this physician because he saw us in the hospital setting only

This doctor is not on a level that normal psychiatrists are, do yourself a favor and don't waste your time. After being through a series of traumatic events, this doctor did NOTHING for me except make me cry every time I saw him. He needs his license revoked from the board of medicine.

He really is a great doctor. Really smart, really caring and has more knowledge of any psychiatric doctor I've seen and I've seen a lot. He puts some people off and I know the reason. He is a bit eccentric. Some people don't like that. But it doesn't detract from his abilities as a doctor. He's helped me no end. I never thought I would get fixed until I started seeing him. I highly recommend him and if you feel you can look past the eccentricity then go and see him. You won't regret it.

I was a patient for 5+ years. I thought he was OK--he was closeby and he gave me antidepressants that made me feel better. But, I often waited a long time after my appointment time to see him and once he had me confused with another patient! I had an appt in Feb, and my sitter called in sick. So I rescheduled to June. Then I started a new job and could not take off--rescheduled to August--then I got a note saying they wouldn't see me again! What a horrible way to run a medical practice!

My uncle had a fractured shoulder and take him to ER and I had to call dr. Snider's office to reschedule. Picked up my prescription and received a letter saying to find another physician. His staff acted like I was full of excuses or lies. He said in one of his sessions he hated people? Why are you a DR? Now I got to find another Dr. after this guy labeling me noncompliant. The hospital advocate said he can pick and chose his patients. He's been complained on before. St. E needs to make him go.

Say no to Bruce in Edgewood, ky – Apr 28, 2016

would not recommend him because he is so busy it's as if you're on an assembly line. He doesn't listen to your words and when you call in with a problem he doesn't respond. If he does, he has his staff do it. Recently he had hired an additional staff person and she quit (or was fired) after less than a year so we are back in the same boat.
