Horrible office AVOID at all costs
Dr. Evans is a good doctor, too bad his entire support team is horrible at what they should be doing. Good luck getting ANYONE to return a call, book an appointment or even respond to other doctor's calls. Not only do they lack the capability to manage an office, they clearly lack the compassion necessary to care for others. Over the last year we have had 3 emergencies and attempted to contact his office for follow-up appointments only to be ignored! Thank goodness we were able to find another doctor able to help with ALL THREE follow up appointments. Not sure what the annual FEE we pay is used for since I can never book an appointment for my parents, but it should be used for office management courses. If I could give zero stars I would.

I was a patient for over 25 years. Over a course of 2 months, I left 6 messages requesting an appointment, then my medical records. NEVER received a call back. I went to his office to request/retrieve my records and was told they would notify me when available. After 2 weeks, my calls were again unanswered. I went back to his office and when my presence was finally acknowledged, I verbalized my aggravation and their lack being health care “professionals”. The receptionist was rude - didn’t apologize or offer a rationale as to why an existing long term patient was completely ignored and why no call was ever returned. I’m an RN for a very busy practice with well known respected physicians. This would NEVER be tolerated or occur. I’ve had better treatment and returned calls from EVERYWHERE else other than this office. He’s a nice man and a good physician. He obviously needs to hire professional help! Don’t bother dialing his number…
