Dr H explained things clearly regarding my son’s injury. He was patient and helpful and my son is on the road to healing. His trainer Mike was also an amazing support and resource for any questions we had.

Treatment before surgery
Dr Hozack was very attentive and caring. After reviewing my test results he advised me of my options. We decided together that we would try shots before surgery for carpal tunnel. I was very pleased with the outcome of my visit.

Wrist pain from a fall.
I was concerned that I had fractured or broken a bone in my wrist. He said that there was a small break and recommended a cast. Dr. Hozack was very kind and answered all of my questions. My wrist is healing very well.

Office Visit for cyst
3/8/22 Dr. Hozack is knowledgeable, professional and a caring doctor. After being seen by his efficient and friendly staff, Dr. Hozack spent time examining me and explaining in detail my diagnosis. He reviewed all of my options and suggested we try conservative care prior to surgery, a good approach. My entire experience with Dr. Hovack and his staff who scheduled me promptly, was excellent.
