I called today to make an appointment and get med refills and was informed that my Dr. which I’ve gone to for 11 years no longer is with the practice that he retired. My mother goes to him also and we’ve been going to him for years and I’m just surprised that they won’t fill our medicine and he’s just no longer works there they didn’t care to make us another appointment with someone else they didn’t care they were rude! I’ve got crippling arthritis and I am in tears today! Only Dr I ever liked!

I have been seeing Dr. Iglehart for at least 25 years. The care he’s provided to me and my family has been great. I don’t feel as if he’s just trying to push me along to get to the next patient. I respect and trust his medical judgement. I’ve referred many friends and family members to him and I don’t make recommendations lightly. I last contacted him in January or February of this year. I just wanted him to know that I appreciate him.

I have been a patient for 4 years, last 2 years my experience has been terrible. Front office staff (office manager and schedulers) are rude and inexperienced. I had many tests performed and did not receive all the results but the clerk Heather noted in my file I did. I needed a follow up appt.,when I called to schedule the appt. I was refused because it was not in my chart even though the DR ordered it. The non-medically trained staff is gambling with people's lives and the DR is oblivious!

I have been a patient at this office for 29 years. It has gone down hill in the past 2 years. The office staff isn't friendly at all. They do not greet you in any manner when you come in. They NEVER answer the phone, you remain on hold for 10 minutes or longer to reach an actual person, and then half of the time you get disconnected. It takes 2 wks to get an appt, & you can call in the morning to get 1 of 5 sick appts. However, at 8:05 they are gone. Love the DR, that is the only positive.
