Dr. Bryan Martin, MD

Dr. Martin was my medical oncologist in 2012 when I had stage 3 breast cancer. He & his staff at Sletten were outstanding. He always acted as though he just saw me: remembered what we discussed & where my treatment was going. I never had to remind him what we talked about at previous appointments, what symptoms I was experiencing or what changes we were making. I don't know if he remembers everything or takes the time to review his notes before he meets with patients. He listened well & discussed my options with me. Any tests or meetings with other specialists were scheduled promptly & with ease. I moved over 2000 miles away so I can't see him now that my cancer has metastasized 10 years later. My current oncologist is 'one of the best' in my area, but I have to remind him every month that we stopped one of the meds because it was affecting my breathing & he doesn't follow through like Dr. Martin did. I can't say if it's the location, the state of healthcare or the doctors that changed
