Dr. Bryan Schwieters, MD

I saw Dr. Schweiters for a number of years. i can't recall how many yrs but will explain momentarily. I was prescribed multiple 'medications ' (ssri at least 2 different types, an antipsychotic, lorazepam, gabapentin were a few). It's a long story but I ended up having a horrific reaction to this mix & also lost my short term memory. I called his office one day as I was running late for my appt just to be told by the extremely rude, discourteous &:completely unprofessional front desk girl that it was my 4th time being late & they were discharging me. I am sure they were lying.. I was not late 4 times. In fact I would arrive early & most often had to wait on schweiters who was still with another client. When I lost my memory I kept forgetting to take my meds. He always said to me every appt to tell him if I stop taking my meds So I told him this & I think that's the real reason they discharged me. I told them about the memory issues but they brushed that off. I was no longer

I’ve been with Dr. Scwieter’s for many years. He is kind and compassionate. I highly recommend him for anyone in need of a wonderful psychiatrist.
