A mess of a place. They have screwed up our insurance so horribly I am at the point I will not give them another redcent. First - filed incorrectly, second-filed to the wrong division (dental/medical portions), third - "oh, we don't have a dental group number" (on the card you copied), and, now, I see they filed for SEPTEMBER 2021 when our son's surgery was last month (2022). The surgery itself went well and Dr. Scott is nice, but his staff is seriously lacking in ability. Might be the fact I've seen FOUR different women in the same position in a little over a year. That's some turnover!
