Dr. Bryan Smedley, DO

Suggested a totally unnecessary surgical procedure (which I understand is pricey, but insurance would pay for it)--which is a not fun surgery I have been told, also. So very disappointed in him, so don't let the 'nice guy' facade fool you. Get yourself a second opinion!

Had two visits to the office. First was the exam., hearing test and CT scan. Very professional. The surgery or Procedure done i. The office with numming agents when well. Dr Smedley was very professional and very personal able to deal with. I was very impressed with him.

Does not want to see patients anymore. I was informed he just wants to focus on surgeries. I was told I can make an appointment but he can cancel or reschedule at anytime. Long wait for appointment. He is a great doctor but whats the point if you cannot see him... Staff is not empathizing with patients concerns.

I am a long-time patient and I had an 11am appt set up about 6 weeks ago. When I arrived 15 minutes early, the office has expanded and they LOST my appt. because of a new computer system. Also Dr Smedley is doing ONLY surgery now and will no longer see patients. ;-( I agreed to see a PA, filled out the paperwork and waited another hour. When I asked the staff how much longer their answer was, we can put you in a room in 10 minutes but have no idea how long it will be before the PA can see you. Dr Smedley was fantastic (one of the very best I have ever seen) but the situation here (although staff is nice and helpful) is not worth your time.

Office is clean. Staff are professional and friendly. Dr. Smedley is very knowledgable, friendly, has the ability to make the patient comfortable.

Snoring issues were not solved with mouthpiece.

My son was referred due to tonsil issues. My son only saw him once and he had surgery to remove tonsils and a turbinate reduction. My son and I had a wonderful experience and would recommend Dr. Smedley to friends and family or anyone needing a good ENT.

Absolutely fantastic doctor. I had my tonsils removed and a septum repair simultaneously and healed up quickly. His willingness to listen and learn about patient symptoms is top notch. Additionally, he is excellent at explaining what is happening and why.

Dr Smedley is a great doctor, very personable and caring. He took the time to figure out what was wrong with me and he thoroughly went over his findings and his treatment plan. I felt very comfortable and confident with him and his nurse Dana. i wish there were more doctors out there like him. I'm happy I went there and I highly recommend him to others.

I was very nervous about going to Dr. Smedley. He was young and didn't have many reviews so I wasn't able to really look into him as much as I would have liked. However, I decided to go ahead and take my son to the first visit with him to give him a chance and he blew me away. I will never take my son anywhere else. He is personable and always talks to my 1 year old like they are friends. He explains the complicated stuff and makes you at ease about any needed surgery. My son has had 2 by him.
