I saw Dr. Karulak on July20th, I must say he is so very caring! He took the time to explain to me the problems with my foot and took immediate action for a treatment plan. He wasted no time. I will be having surgery in August and look forward to not being in constant pain. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone with any type of foot issues to see Dr Karulak, he is absolutely amazing with a great bed side manner! Most doctors just want to rush you in and out with No plan to help you, but not this doctor! I must also say that Shawna in the front office was very friendly as well. The nurse, I believe her name is Jennifer is just so pleasant and caring as well. Thank you all for caring so much

New patient. Was recommended by my doctor. Went to him for a bone spur on my heal. He was very professional and knowledgeable. Had surgery for removal in January 2020. Very impressed. Explained everything about procedure and side effects to help me with decision about surgery.

Dr. Karulak treated me for a fracture of my left foot due to osteoporosis. His approach was conservative, but when the bone would not heal, he performed surgery. He removed the bone, and sewed two toes together, which was both a creative and effective solution to the problem. I have healed completely, and am grateful to Dr. Karulak for his competency, skill, empathy, and kindness. He is a gifted surgeon who cares about his patients. I am back to my love and practice of hiking and walking.

Dr Karulak is very professional. I had an athroplasty implant done by him on my toe. Pain was minimal. The entire procedure was a success.

He is a very good doctor! He is a good surgeon, takes time to explain and listen, he does rush you and the office staff worked diligently with my insurance. The office was clean, professional and on time with the appointments. I rate him as excellent.
