bait and switch The office told me the insurance would cover the bill. After talking to the doctor, she informed me that she could not treat my condition. The office sent me a bill in the mail even though they had informed me that everything would be covered.

never saw the doctor. I arrive 15 minutes early. strike 1: I asked if the doctor was on schedule as I needed to leave on time to get kids from school. Receptionist said yes. Strike 2: left in an exam room for 40 minutes. Strike 3: Doctor never came. When I left, I asked when the Doctor might arrive -- maybe 10 minutes or so So I was at the office for an hour, given incorrect information, left like a mushroom in the exam room, and never saw the doctor
