Out of all of the doctors that I have encountered in my life, Dr. Burges Turel is the most thoughtful and caring doctor I have ever had. Over the last year, I have had several medical conditions to occur from diabetes to cancer. Dr. Turel has been wonderful with assisting me with whatever I need medically. He consistently checks my labs to make sure that my numbers are where they should be. He makes adjustments to my medicines whenever they are needed. He is so thorough. When he enters the examination room, his whole focus is on his patients. I truly value and trust his medical knowledge. He is a wonderful doctor!

Dr. Turel is very thorough in taking care of his patients. He checks all the medications for side effects and follows up with testing. If he sees conditions that need further treatment he will refer to a specialist. He takes care to follow up on conditions. He’s been my primary physician for about 15 years.

Dr. Turel was quick to diagnose and treat a very painful affliction. He indicated that I could take up to 4 100mg capsules to control the pain. Once I found that 300 mg had the desired affect, he updated my perception in order to provide ample meds with updated dosages. He had me come in 1 week later in order to make sure my pain was not overwhelming. I am grateful that he cares and for his no nonsense approach to medicine.

I'm grateful I've had Dr. Turel as my physician for two years. On several occasions, he's shared with me how he prepares for his patients, how much time and energy he puts into making sure he knows what's going on with a patient medically. And he believes in PREVENTIVE medicine -- which is why he fusses at me (in a firm but professional way) when I don't comply with his instructions. He wants his patients to AVOID bad outcomes by taking simple action early. I'm moving out of the area soon, but at least for a little while, I'd be willing to drive across state lines to keep my appointments with Dr. Turel! He's that good!

Dr. Turel takes the time and care to find out exactly the root of the problem and then orders the tests. His follow is meticulous and he prescribes medicine progressively and monitors the patients progress carefully. His patient first service has been a blessing to my entire family.

WHEN OTHER DOCTORS GAVE UP DR TUREL NEVER DID. HE WAS VERY PERSISTENT IN FINDING OUT A DIAGNOSIS FOR ME AND WAYS TO HELP ME. HE TRULY IS A GREAT INTERNAL MEDICINE DOCTOR

Dr. Turel is a very good doctor. He is one of the most thorough doctors that I have ever had. He cares about his patients. Dr. Turel listens to his patients and he answers their questions. He explains to the patient exactly what is going on with them and he treats them with great respect. I would definitely refer my friends and family to him.

Doctor Turel is an outstanding physician. He is thorough with his examinations and questions. On a scale of 1-10, I would give him a 10+. I would recommend Dr. Turel to anyone looking for a really good primary care physician.

My grandpa has been going to him for years. We’ve never had problems with him or his service. He always makes sure my grandpa is doing well and takes good care of him.
