Telehealth
Dr. E was my psychiatrist while I was in a php eating disorder program for several months. She took time to really listen and get to know me, and I could tell genuinely cared about my wellbeing. She was very involved in my care while i was there, and treated me with kindness, patience and respect. I am really grateful i got to work with her.

Dr elsenbeck was my psychiatrist during my time at an eating disorder treatment program. She was not only extremely knowledgeable, but she was extremely caring and supportive throughout my stay.

Dr. Elsenbeck is amazing! She really listens and genuinely cares. She figured out my medications, which helped me feel so much better. She is very patient and open to answering any questions I have.

Dr. Elsenbeck made me feel comfortable and was easy to talk to. I did not feel rushed at all. She spent time explaining things, answered my questions, and helped determine the treatment I needed. I would definitely recommend her.

Bedside manner is excellent. She is very empathetic and involved when I actually get to see her. Unfortunately she often cancels repeatedly and sees no problem in not seeing me 4 months straight. She never fixed her scheduling issue in order to see me even during this time, despite her supposed to be seeing me monthly. Then when this issue was addressed she refused to acknowledge her part.
