Dr. Chen is a very knowledgeable and caring individual. I feel at ease when I see him for my check ups and treatments. He takes the time to answer all my questions. I highly recommend him for dialysis or other needs.

I felt okay with Dr. Chen - I did not like the office and particularly the long wait times. I only made 3 appointments and at each appointment waited > 30 minutes after my scheduled time before going to the exam room and then waiting again before seeing MD. I changed to a different nephrologist

Unfriendly, bad bedside manner, does not take the time to explain medical conditions, answer questions or listen to his patients. I feel uncomfortable asking questions. Overall, I feel this doctor doesn't care, and I don't trust his decisions nor would I ever recommend him to anyone.
