Outstanding experience
Dr. Massey has been my ENT Dr. for a very long time. I was having some significant pain in my right ear, and my appointment was later in the day. Ultimately it was decided I needed tubes and vice having me come back at a more convenient time, the extended my time in the office and inserted the tubes the same day. Thank you.

Dr. Massey is a very courtesy and seasoned professional. His bed-side manner is definitely a cut above the rest (no pun intended). It is always a pleasure dealing with him because he takes the time to really communicate with his patients and he never rushes you out of an examination or consultation. I highly recommend Dr. Massey for his work ethic, medical expertise, and his pleasant disposition.

Considering the complex ear problem he continues to amaze me. Most ent doctors in northern VA truly not that good but Massey is very good at his craft and he not afraid to tell you when he can not handle the issue
