The experience change with the new addition to the staff. The new receptionist is lazy and gives off the attitude of not wanting to be there, the wait time of scheduling an appointment is ridiculous and any time you need something urgent and inform the new receptionist that it's an urgent matter; it doesn't get done until the end of day or the next day. They need to get new help because I hate scheduling an appointment for my child unless I have to.
