Great Care
Dr Alexander took care of my family and is a very qualified, sincere, respectful person. He assisted and aided my family through the care of my father in law through a very difficult illness. His compassionate care and attention to detail will always be remembered and appreciated

He added much unnecessary stress to an already stressful situation. He was unprofessional and insulting. He had no respect for the patient and certainly did not treat him or the family with any dignity. He seemed to be defensive when asked any questions about the patient’s care thereby discouraging all communication. He did not care about the patient’s comfort but was more interested in why I wanted my loved one not to suffer needlessly. I found his behavior bizarre and concerning. Do not allow him to treat your loved one and do not take your loved one to Willis Knighton North.

Horribly unprofessional. Contradicts himself and doesn't seem to know what he's doing in terms of treating patients. Extremely combative personality. Should not work in the medical field at all, much less intensive care.

A useless, defensive, insecure, uninformative, uncommunicative piece of trash who should not be allowed around patients or patient families, especially those of whom are in critical care. Here are just a few quotes from this lovely doctor, prompted by family ASKING SIMPLE QUESTIONS (makes him very uncomfortable): "Listen, you need to chill out." "Your dad is not going to die, OK?" (said with an eye roll) "I don't need you coming up here [to the nurse's station] every 30 minutes asking questions." Willis Knighton's medical staff as a whole is a joke, but this dude takes the cake. Genuinely seems to hate his job and his life. Will not take care of you or your sick loved one.
