Dr. Calvin Davis, DPM

Dr Davis was amazing. I can walk again! He is extremely knowledgeable and his energy is awesome. He meets patients where they are. This was my first surgery and I was terrified, but he made me feel so confident going into that operating room and he completely changed my life by doing such a good job. I was concerned about long term pain post-op so I picked him because of all his great online reviews and he definitely lived up to all 5 stars. Thanks to Dr Davis I can live my life again and I’ll be grateful forever.

Dr. Davis is an awesome doctor! He was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was facing surgery. He explained the whole procedure and answered all my questions. Post Op appointments have been great. He was very helpful about making sure my recovery was doing well. I will recommend him to anyone who needs podiatry care. We certainly need more doctors like Dr. Davis!

Dr. Davis saw our son recently to address an ingrown toenail that kept getting infected no matter what meds he had tried, his regular doc referred us over to him. Our son is a young adult, but also on the spectrum and gets anxiety easily and is afraid of needles and procedures etc. so we are always a little nervous when seeing a new doc. When making the appt I explained our unique circumstances and they assured that many have said he was great and takes his time and everyone loved him. When we arrived we had spent the morning telling our son that it was just a consultation and nothing else and we would see what the doc said as to how to proceed. We saw Dr. Davis and he assessed the situation and had time and miraculously managed to convince our son to go ahead and do the procedure that day. This is huge! Dr. Davis was so kind, patient, and calming and did a great job with our son's toe, and him and I cannot thank him or recommend him enough! He is awesome! Thank you!

I took my daughter who is a Traumatic Brain Injury Survivor to see Dr. Davis for foot pain caused from her accident 16 years ago. Dr Davis knew exactly how to repair her foot and ankle. I had taken my daughter to several podiatrist. One of the podiatrist did surgery on her toes that only caused more pain. The other podiatrist did a surgical procedure and told me there was nothing more he could do for my daughter. Dr David was great at communicating with my daughter and was very compassionate and professional.

I saw Dr Davis for the first time in May,2023. I was in desperate need of help for a botched surgery I had in March, 2023.He has treated and taken care of my foot in ways no one else has. Had it not been for Dr Davis, I honestly don't know what would have happened to my foot.I can say that the care, concern and treatments I have received from him is the best medical treatment I have ever received from any other physician. I live in a senior housing community and I have given his name and phone number to many, many of my neighbors that see Podiatrists. My family and I have been singing nothing but praises for Dr Davis coming into my life. He has a patient for life. I will always hold a special place for Dr Calvin E. Davis. Dr. Davis gave a great analysis of my foot issue which has resulted in alleviation of pain so that I can walk again normally. Very knowledgeable and friendly doctor, would definitely recommend!

The first time I saw doctor Davis. I required surgical to reset to dislocated toes. That was causing an ulcer on the the bottom of My foot he said he could fix it and then I would walk out of surgery. He kept his ward. I literally walked out of the recovery room when he was complete. Second time step on a nail. The wound got infected in a couple of days had to have surgery, and doctor Davis completed. The wound looks amazing. I can't say enough about this doctor when I see him. He even does all the care treatment. all hands on himself. He doesn't hand to a nurse. He is just awesome if you need foot care or wound care, evolving your ankle or foot. I've been a Paramedic for 30 years. I normally don't recommend doctors but in doctor's davi's case. I can't say anything bad. Everything he does is just awesome. You should check him out if you need foot care

What really amazed me with Dr. Davis is every visit the amount of time he spent with me discussing every possible option, All of the pros and cons regarding my Achilles heel rupture .and pretty much everything else that I wanted to know, He answered prior to me having to ask which I loved.Ultimately, I decided the route of having surgery, which once again he went over all the details with a fine tooth comb. All of my follow up visits have been the same. He does not come in the room and rush out. He takes his time going over every possible situation. I would definitely recommend Dr. Davis to anyone.

I went BACK to the Advanced Foot and Ankle Care (Southern Hills) because of the $ 700 pair of orthotics inserts, that they sold to me, rubbed a blister on my foot. He asked ME what I wanted to do about it. He's the Doc, right? I said I want them to be right, whatever that required. I asked if I was going to to charged for this visit. He said yes. I asked why, as they should fix their problem. He said that it was another doctor (in their practice), who caused the problem, that no longer practices at Southern hills location. (NOT MY PROBLEM). He lost his temper, stormed out, said there would be no charge, and that he was late for surgery. (Again, not my problem). Hopefully, I will get some $ 700 orthotics that work, I doubt it, so I guess that I'll be out $ 700 for orthotics that don't work. BTW, they never informed me that Dr. Brace, my previous doctor, no longer worked there, until I arrived. Definitely a bit of a hot head and poor communications.

Dr. Davis is kind, smart and a great listener. He has taught me how to alleviate my tendonitis pain and it has improved greatly since I've been seeing him. He is a compassionate and skillful physician. I m really lucky to be his patient!

Dr. Calvin and his staff were pleasant to deal with. From the check in to the procedure. I will definitely return with any foot or ankle issues I may have in the future. The pricing as I don’t have insurance was exactly as the quoted me over the phone. No bait and switch here. I hope that your experience was as pleasant as mine. I highly recommend Dr. Calvin and his crew.

Dr Davis is a gem. He’s not just a knowledgeable doctor; he is also a great communicator. I thoroughly enjoyed my visits with him and the staff that I met at their Stonecrest office. Highly recommend!
