Dismissive, God complex, inattentive , lack of listening skills, assumptive, lack of care or concern. Sent my husband home with a blocked catheter from blood clots without testing even the most basic of information such as fluid intake and output. Just acted like we were crazy. Left Kettering ER at 9:30 pm and had to come right back in at 6 am this morning for the same issues. If I could give him negative scores and still submit this survey - I would. He is a minus 10.
