Dr. Candice Jantz, MD

I’m disappointed writing this review as I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jantz for over 10 years and have gone to her numerous times. I even recommended her office to a friend, which I now regret, and I will not go back to her office. In the past year I’ve had 2 terrible experiences with her and her office. The office staff are now disorganized and rude, and frankly Dr. Jantz has become cold and disinterested. I’m chronically ill and went to her office because of bloating, pain, and nausea. The office made a mistake and I ended up waiting for over 2 hours. Their system was also malfunctioning and I wasn’t able to check out after the appointment. When Dr. Jantz came in, she was dismissive of my issues, saying the bloating was probably because I’ve gained weight even though it increases severely after eating and I have discomfort and pain. She was fixated on my weight gain and did not take my symptoms seriously. After I pushed, she agreed to run some tests. I came in to do my testing a month later, as I was unable to come sooner due to the severity of my illness. I spoke to them on the phone multiple times and they said I needed to be fasting, but never told me not to drink water When I arrived for my test, which took weeks to plan for, the lab tech said I couldn’t do it because I drank water. The staff was very rude and condescending in response to my frustration and exasperation.

Dr. Jantz is beyond an amazing doctor! She is informative, patient, understanding, and extremely thorough. My family and I see Dr. Jantz and we have been seeing her for at least 20 years.

Dr. Jantz is a caring physician who is genuinely concerned with your well being. She was generous with her time at my consultation to understand my GI concerns & health history; also proactive with ordering tests.

My husband and I have gone to Dr. Jantz for over 10 years. She listens to my concerns during appointments and I never fell rushed. I would recommend Dr. Jantz to anyone.

I have had great experiences with Dr Jantz, nurses and the office personnel. I think it is interesting that those leaving negative reviews do not leave their names. It is a very busy practice. I became her patient when Dr Zopolski retired, I am glad I am her patient.

I have been her patient for at least 8 years. I feel well cared for by Dr. Jantz and listened to as well. She is an excellent doctor, never rushes and listens. I feel I am in good hands and she has a very nice personality.

I recently went to Dr. Jantz for a routine, yearly checkup. She always allows plenty of time for my questions and concerns regarding my health. Dr Jantz has been my go to digestive health doctor for years and I highly recommend her.

It took years before I found a doctor that could explain my symptoms, now I have her, Dr Jantz! She does not stop until she finds the answers. She also has a very good bedside manner

Dr. Jantz is not only a doctor who will listen and ask about all health problems, conduct the necessary tests and analyzes to make the correct diagnosis, but also a wonderful person. It is easy to communicate with her, seeing her interest in the selection of successful treatment..There are few such good doctors now, and if you got to her, then you are very lucky.

This is my second visit with Dr Jantz in 7 years. I had a positive experience with the doctor and her entire staff. Would recommend DHT and Dr. Jantz to anyone

Dr. Jantz was so wonderful for my procedure and follow up. She took the time to listen to my medical history and concerns and answered all of my detailed questions with patience. Her and her staff went above and beyond to make sure I was able to be seen and get my procedure done before my insurance expired due to a job layoff. Because of their efficiency and coordination with my medical team of doctors and insurance, everything went smoothly and my other surgeon was able to get my surgery scheduled and done also before my insurance ended. I am feeling so much better and on the mend due to the wonderful care and I would recommend Dr. Jantz to anyone that needs her services.

Very caring and knowledgeable doctor

Dr. Jantz is both professional and caring. She always puts me at ease and makes me feel comfortable discussing sensitive topics. I feel very lucky to have her as part of my colorectal cancer recovery team!
