Dr. Lovelace-HELP
My husband finally got settled in with a Primary Care Physician he was happy with! Dr. Lovelace truly cares about his health (& even asks about me when I go w/my husband to his appts!). Hubby recently had some serious health issues and has been seeing several different specialty Drs. We just called to make an appt with Lovelace, and they tell us new policies (havent seen her in 3 yrs) have removed him from her patient list!? Now he'll have to be assigned a NEW primary Dr. as she's not taking "new patients"!! OMG! Please Candice..HELP US!! YOU KNOW ALL HIS CARDIOLOGY & ONCOLOGY ISSUES!

Both my husband and I are completely satisfied with her. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, but also very caring and personable. We always feel she addresses all our issues and concerns and spends enough time that we don’t feel anything is overlooked. A superior doctor!

Dr. Lovelace is the best doctor I've ever had, from the very beginning. She takes her time with you, answers any questions you have, never belittles you or makes you feel stupid, and she genuinely cares - she often brings up non-medical subjects we've talked about at previous visits, showing she pays attention.

My husband and I both just love Dr. Lovelace. She has been our doctor for 3 years. Dr. Lovelace is the very best at listening, clearly explains the situation, and how to proceed from there. She cares, and you feel confident that you are in the best of care.

Dr. Lovelace is a very good Dr. however her staff needs training in customer service skills. I have several calls into the office, and I still have not received a call back even though their voicemail says they will return calls at the end of the day. The wait time between receiving treatment and having the results of tests taken is unacceptable.. I am not happy with this level of service.
