Horrible staff attitude, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL
Her staff contacted me to confirm a appointment on a Friday, my appointment was the following Wednesday, they called the day before and said that I need to call VA community Care for authorization, I'm a veteran and when I called community Care they said that they are supposed to contact them for authorization, I'm almost out of my blood pressure medication and the female that I spoke with said that I haven't been in the office in a year, which is the same lie they come up with every time. Dr dellock is a very good dr. But the staff is horrible!

Not a Happy Camper
I was referred to Dr. Dellock years ago and left Tallahassee just to return after 7 years. Before I left there were scheduling issues, but now my only problem is trying to get her signature for a surgery clearance. In August 2023, I requested an approval for surgery and is currently still waiting for it. I have had to cancel two surgeries due to this. I am not blaming the doctor I am blaming the staff and I am not a happy camper and furthermore, I do not appreciate it when me, the patient has too wait while the staff is on a personal call. Not acceptable.

My first visit with Dr. Dellock was a follow up after a stress test and echogram. That was three years ago. Not knowing what the results would be I recall how Dr. Dellock set me at ease and professionally discussed my concerns. When my family doctor recently told me that I should contact a cardiologist for another stress test I requested he send the referral to Dr. Dellock. I have complete confidence in Dr. Dellock’s diagnosis.

Great experience. I was unhappy with my current cardiologist office and saw the great reviews for Dr. Dellock. Let me add to those great reviews. Dr took all the time needed to listen to all my questions and then advise me. Very thorough. Great demeanor.

I wasn't expecting Dr. Dellock to be as easy to talk to as she was. The questions she asked made me feel she was genuinely interested and really wanted to know what was going on with me. My husband and I are new in town and very hopeful that we could find a good cardiologist. I guess we did - before we left, my husband had asked Dr. Dellock to be his cardiologist. I actually look forward to my next visit!

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I have been waiting for Dr. Dellock to read my test results for 10 days. I need these results for surgical clearance and she was well aware of this when she ordered these tests. She went as far to schedule the test with the hospital and assured me she would review the tests as soon as they were complete. I have called the office daily for the last week and continue to be told that she still has not read my results and was then told that she would not be in the office again until sometime in April! Are you kidding me? This is the poorest customer service and I strongly encourage you to seek medical care elsewhere!

Very good. As a female nurse with decades of experience, it is nice to have a female cardiologist who is attuned to the differences between women’s health from men’s. Highly recommend

Meeting Dr. Dellock was such a pleasure. She spent time going over my concerns and only recommended tests necessary for my particular situation. She was thorough and very professional. I only wish that all my medical care providers were like her. If your looking for an excellent Cardiologist, look no further. Thank you Dr. Dellock!

Oncologist sent me as a follow up to MUGGA scan; saw the ARNP, he was super nice and put my mind at ease that the decrease in my heart function was probably due to chemo and that I would recover from this. He set up an ECHO for the same afternoon, and Carol was really nice to. So glad to have these great medical professionals on my case.

I was scheduled for my first appointment on a Monday. At ten minutes to five on Friday afternoon I received a call to cancel my appointment. I responded to the message at five pm and got the office recording. I called today to reschedule and was told she had no appointments until the middle of October. This is no way to treat a new patient. I made an appointment with a different doctor. I was recommended to Dr Dellock from another physician’s office and I will let them know the situation. Apparently this has happened to others judging from the reviews.

I have had several appointments scheduled over the past 5 or 6 months and all have been cancelled due to Dr Dellock’s unavailability. I have yet to see her. Hopefully, my next scheduled appointment won’t be cancelled. So, I don’t know why I received a survey for an appointment that never occurred.
