Dr. Carl Baccellieri II, DMD

While both the dentist and office staff were courteous and pleasant, the level of confidence in ability to perform dental tasks (such as permanent crown where a temporary was in place) is nonexistent. Dr. Baccellieri took some kind of fancy 3-D images that he said he needed to send off somewhere for an evaluation on the crown. I received a call back from his office after stating they needed to also replace the crown above because it was interfering with the placement of the new crown! The crown above is a new crown, not more than 2 years. He was not available for my numerous questions.He never called back with answers. I called back to inquire, and still no answers to questions. I went back to my out of network dentist and the first thing she noticed was that the temporary crown had fallen out. Dr. Baccellieri NEVER even noticed this!
