I recommend Dr. Colombo because
In the 20 + years I have been his patient, I have only had to wait ONCE. He listens to my concerns and is practical about treatment options. Always able to get an appointment when needed and usually at my preferred time. Any tests that are needed can generally be done on site at the time of my visit which is super convenient. I highly recommend Dr. Colombo

I had colonoscopy with Dr. Carl Colombo in Mar 2021. I told him my father had polyps and that I had a pre-cancerous polyp 2015. My 2015 Colonoscopy Dr said I should have a Colonoscopy every 5 years because of either of those issues. I Loved the 2015, but he does not take my current insurance. Mar 2021 - Dr Colombo did not find any polyps and he said he knew that I think I need a colonoscopy every 5 years, that he thought every 10 years was sufficient, but he would "Compromise" with me and recommend a colonoscopy in 7 years. I said Fine - thinking I would not go back to him and that in 5 years I will find a new Doctor. Aug 2021 - my General care doctor said a colonoscopy is NOW recommended every 3 years in my case. I don't know if that's because of the pre-cancerous polyp or the 1st degree relative with polyps.

This doctor is the loser ever. I Had problems getting my pain medicine filled (another dr. already gave me a script, I had NOT filled it). I explained this and that the insurance company would not fill. This idiot instead of calling insurance for a pre-auth (what I needed) instead wrote me a duplicate script exact (same thing). I could not get this filled either. I then received a letter from this idiot stating that I broke my pain contract! Scripts were not even filled!
