Dr diermingian has a wonderful bedside manner. He already replaced my left knee 4 years ago. I wouldn’t go to anyone else for joint surgery.

Dr D is absolutely fantastic. Had one full knee replacement done August ‘23 and the second will be Dec ‘24.Not as bad as people make it out to be. Just slow (boring recovery) not in the Dr’s hands tho.Extremely thorough in his office appts and post-op he tells you at that juncture of your recovery what you are feeling before you can even ask him questions. Gives you peace of mind that you are where you should be in your recovery and that he knows where you should be- he has probably done hundreds or thousands.Really nice guy, his team- Patrick especially, is great too.Have nothing but praise for Rothman in general- had another surgery there so obviously I like them- because I’m going back for more! If you need surgery, book him now, he books out far in advance which tells you something.-Robin A.

I had both hips and both knees done by Dr Deirmengian. Three were done at Lankenau Hospital and my last one was done at Limerick. I would travel 100 miles to have him do my surgery. There is know one like him.

Dr. Carl Deirmengian gave me a new right hip in August of 2023. It was a pleasure to work with his office and team, from beginning to end. Dr. Deirmengian is unusually kind and personable and patient for a surgeon and doesn't have the off-putting ego that so many surgeons have, despite being one of the very best in his field. I felt treated with great respect and care throughout the process, and that was especially pleasing because I'm a person with a number of health issues that have contributed to mild obesity, and many doctors treat obese patients dismissively or disrespectfully. I'm about 6 months out from the surgery, and my recovery has gone very well, with total relief of my hip pain. I'm so glad I had my hip replaced, and I'm so so glad Dr. Deirmengian was my surgeon! OH! I almost forgot to say that the surgical center he works at is extremely well run, with excellent nursing and PT staff. Whenever I pressed my call bell, a nurse arrived within a minute!

Partial knee replacement needs to be replaced after 6 years! Very disappointing results. When I complained of pain a year after procedure I was blown off. I will not go back to this office where you wait two hours to see the Dr.

Dr Carl Deirmengian replaced my left knee at the Physicians Care Surgical Hospital. I had never had any major surgery prior to this procedure. I am 80 years old so naturally I had concerns. Dr. Deirmengian provided through conversation and written procedures, including patient responsibilities, everything needed for a speedy recovery and an excellent outcome. I followed the verbal and written instructions and the result was nothing short of phenomenal. I was able to get around without a walker after only 6 or 7 days. I only needed a cane for another 14 days. I have been approached by friends and relatives for information about who performed my surgery and I have provided them with Dr. Carl Deirmengian’s contact information. I would recommend Dr. Deirmengian to any and all who need joint replacement surgery.

My initial visit was with PA Pat, he was very informative and we agreed I would try to lose more weight and brace utilize brace for knee.About 6 months later and with weight loss and brace wear I still had no relief. They scheduled me for a consultation with Dr Deirmengian. At consult he went over EVERYTHING he had a canceled surgery and I was scheduled for surgery three weeks later! At this appointment I sigh ed consent met with his RN and Insurance person who both walked me through what to expect
