Very Helpful and Polite
After a long struggle of suffering I believe I am being guided to the help I need. Dr Jones listened , seemed genuinely caring and also competent . He is referring me to a surgeon for further treatment . His office is very busy , but the staff seem polite and the doctor appears competent and sincerely caring .

I have no opinion on whether he is good at his job. However, he puts money above patient care. I pay for medical insurance that will pay 100% for Colonoscopy Rx. He would not pre-authorize Rx with insurance company to pay 100%. Instead, provides a coupon whereby I must pay $50-$60 out of pocket. This is because he has a contract with the manufacturer whereby they both make money on his prescribing the Rx. Then there was a hidden co-pay fee for the procedure that was not discussed. Because of this I canceled the procedure.

Satisfied
My personal experience was wonderful. New patient. Got an appointment the same day call was made, office staff were the best ever; made me feel like I was important to them. Dr. Jones was thorough, patient, and explained what the plan was and what to do next. Couldn’t be more satisfied. Oh, and I was only rushed to GET IN, not out, to see him. (Be notable of the “narly” one though)! Thank you all! Great job!

I had a n appt with Dr Jones for 1:00. I arrived early, NO parking, NO room in the office to sit, and multiple patients with obviously the same time appt. trying to register. I waited until 1:35 to register, and then I left and called the office and was told that they had overbooked!! But I still had to pay for a NO SHOW!! Not a good situation!!

Office visits are great, but if you have an issue and need to leave a message or try calling the office, Good Luck. Multiple times I’ve had requests for prescriptions, results, or calls back go unanswered. Even after bringing this issue to the attention to Dr Jones it happened again, that same day, and the day after. It’s very frustrating when you’re already sick and in pain, and you can’t even get a call back.

I'm totally dissatisfied with Carl Jones DO! Unless you just like to have little robots implanted in you don't schedule here! He's was more concerned with himself than my well being.
