I want the old Dr Kinzel back.
Dr K was my physician for years. It got more difficult to get an appointment with him, and his other providers never got back to me when I had some serious health issues, so I had to seek another doctor. His practice got so large that he lost touch with those who followed him wherever he went in the BC area.

Steer clear!
Been with Dr Kinzel through 4 practices, 5 locations and wondering where the honorable, caring, trustworthy Doctor went. I was proud to say he was my family’s primary care provider for so long. Over time we started noticing some gaps in communication, always blaming the office staff. Then in the last couple years, it was obvious that staff kept leaving. More appointments were pushed off on nurses, ridiculous charges sent to insurance providers for multiple charges for 1 visit. Billing is always “working” on it. Prescriptions have 3-5 day gaps every month because they aren’t sent to pharmacy on time. Oh and if you want to see Dr Kinzel himself?? 6 month wait minimum unless you want to pay for some of hood cash only weightloss services.

I adore Dr. Kinzel, he was my lifeline when I was out of options with my diseases. He is humble and kind, also a genuinely good-hearted person. I feel he knows me and treats me as such. I sure hope I can always have him or Diane, PA. She is a super sweetheart as well. So very happy with their office and all staff!!! Wish they had 10 stars!!!

We love Dr Kinzel he has helped my teenage granddaughter to live a more normal life. She has a chronic pain condition that has kept her from playing volleyball and fast pitch softball. With help from Dr Kinzel she has had fewer absences from high school. And is in much less pain.

I love Dr. Kinzel!!! I have been a patient of his for many years. He is the only doctor I have had that actually listens to what I tell him. He saved my life when it came to my debilitating back issues. He is personable and friendly. He treats my family like we are part of his family.

We have lost 120 pounds between and my husband and we’re really working on getting healthy but this doc is really only intrested in the kick back from pharmaceutical company’s and when we didn’t want to take the meds he was pushing he had a fit. We have since found a doc that actually cares about listing to us and not just throwing pills at the problems instead of working to figure out what is causing the problem. We are now a year into seeing the new doc and are off all our meds.

Sick of drug pushers in Battle Creek, MI – Dec 21, 2018
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Kinzel?
Waste of time if you have real, debilitating, complex health problems. I explained misery & a myriad of symptoms, & he said it was all probably from leaky gut (even though I already ate a diet without gluten, dairy, sugar, etc)!?! He convinced me to pay hundreds for a food sensitivity test that told me what I already know. No lab work ordered for my agonizing pain & nausea. He did try to help with anxiety/heart palps by prescribing certain meds, thank God for the Xanax. Still sick, unemplyd
