I've known doctor Robertson 4 over 45 years he's an awesome doctor and he truly cares about his patients the only thing is when he connected with neon things went downhill not him as a doctor but those that surround him when doc was in private practice it was awesome he could be the doctor he truly is unfortunately we all know what neon clinics are about and unfortunately they do not cater to help it's all about paper money and insurance it's sad but it's the truth to my understanding dr. Robertson will be retiring soon we will miss him dearly because those that were able to know him from the beginning know how great he has been we love you. And will miss you terribly

The worst Dr. In Cleveland.you will waste your whole day seeing this doctor. I got there at 8:30 appointment was at 8:45 in was still sitting in the waiting room at 10:09. Mind you only one person was in front of me. One person. I will never see him again.

I was a patient of Dr. Robson Since I was about 8 and I'm 48 now, great Dr. He was my moms Dr. and Dr. to all my children, Absolutely love him. He like a relative that you actually like .....LOL

The worst place on Ohio map.Arriived at 9:15 AM for appointment,I waited over 3hrs. The. staff persons was unprofesisonal and not compassion. I did not get quality care. I use. Medical Transportation because of health issues.and could not get transport home had to use public transportation.Never will I go back to NEON.I had excellent care when this doctor was in Private Practice.
