Excellent medical care. Hard 2 reach, But worth it
Pleasant, thorough and focused. One on one time above average. Oh my, the other shoe’s gonna drop… They Clearly have limited office hours & you will be frequently met with the busy signals and repeated attempts to connect with the office. Like the doctors and the staff, the quality is there, But patience is required. Please staff up a bit and add a couple of phone lines. It is a service business.

This doctor misdiagnosed my condition, did not call me with abnormal lab tests (anemia and high white blood cell count) and did not do a thorough exam. Very rushed and dismissed my complaints. Avoid Dr. Ruoff.
