Dr. Carli Spanik, MD

Dr. Carli Spanik is the best doctor. I am so happy that she is my primary care doctor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doctor.

Maybe she is great if you've been going for a long time. But if you're new, like I was - you apparently don't get a treatment that is trustworthy. I saw her two times, one-time too many. The first time was great, she was indeed attentive and informative. In that visit she suggested I come back for another, different preventative service. My preventative is covered at 100%, but I was charged for this visit - her notes, I brought up topics/concerns not covered. I did not, however. She asked how I was doing (from the first visit). I answered honestly and spoke openly. Apparently, this was a new policy (not posted, advised, or signed off on), and apparently answering a doctor honestly constitutes "bringing up uncovered topics". This whole second visit has turned into a billing nightmare that still - two years later - hasn't been resolved, despite my insurance's attempts to straighten this out. All because of this doctor.

She is an amazing doctor!! Listens to all your concerns and spends the right amount of time with you. Absolutely thinks she is amazing!!!

Dr. Spanik is amazing. She takes the time to listen and has a wonderful bedside manner. I recommend her to everyone! The support staff in Oswego is wonderful too! So friendly!

She is thorough, approachable & friendly, attentive, very competent, concerned and always on schedule! She's great ... and I'm not a fan of most doctors!

I've been seeing Dr. Carli Spanik for 4 years. In that time she has never failed to be professional, caring and friendly. She is an excellent doctor who understands what you have to say, asks meaningful and thoughtful questions, and gives you options for your own care.
