Dr. Carlos Corrales, MD

I would strongly advise against visiting this doctor's office. This was my first and last visit, and it was a highly disappointing and unprofessional experience. Dr. Carlos A. Corrales displayed rude and disrespectful behavior, which is unacceptable from a medical professional. He became frustrated when I struggled to pronounce one of my mother's medications, despite my respectful approach. I informed him that my mother does not speak English, but he continued speaking to her in English without any consideration. When he became upset, he turned his back to me and started explaining things to my mother, When he handed her the prescriptions, my mother tried to get his attention so he could address me, but he ignored her and continued speaking to her. I was shocked by his behavior and felt completely disrespected. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this office to anyone seeking medical care.

Dr. Corrales is a very Intelligent Doctor! I have been going to him for years he is amazing , he is knowledgeable about many different things from medication to symptoms and he’s right on!

I have been a patient of Dr. Corrales for close to 10 years and love his staff and his medical care. He is very informative and forthcoming with information. Also able to assess the need for a specialist quickly and requests results so he is in the loop. Dr. Corrales takes time to listen and never seems to rush you out of the room. He is professional and trustworthy and his office staff is an absolute pleasure to work with. I'm so happy that my Mother switched insurance and is his patient now. Again, top notch Doctor with top notch staff:)

Best family practice doctor, been a patient nearly 5 years always available, easy to talk ang good listener. Will recommend him for any type of consult. Cuddos to all his staff and his practice.

My wife and I are are very pleased with Dr Corrales, He cares and sees us as patients ( not as accounts receivable), Listens and answers all questions,Staff Follows up with blood work calling if there is a problem. He may have saved my life in March 2017 during a crises of Atrial Fibrilation and while the staff of my previous Doctor at that time couldn't find the time to see me he accepted me right away and 5 minutes later i was admitted at Northwest Medical center ER staying for a week

Very unprofessional, doesn't really care about patients. He is very rude with his answers and he didnt like when i asked questions. Please do Not go here. His staff are very careless with your information

My, my son and my husband are seeing Dr Corrales for nearly 7 years. He always takes a good care of us, listen all of our matters and always prescribe the right medicine or send to us to the right specialist. Our family is so happy with Dr Corrales.

It's just too much to say. They charge me a copay for my annual visit which was supposed to be free. They sent me for blood work and never give me information on where to go. I had to ask for everything. The staff members had a don't care attitude. They never called me about my results. I call them only to find out they didn't have them after 3 wks. Tried seeing the doctor today no appt. Without asking any question the lady at the desk offered an appointment for tomorrow with an attitude!!

I could hear him arguing with another patient in the room next door. He came in with a very rude attitude, unprepared to see me, and when I corrected him for reading old results that were irrelevant, he rudely yelled at me, kicked me out, and asked his receptionist to give me back my copay. His secretary had called me when the first test results had come in and read me the results through the phone, when the second results came in she said the doc needed to see me ASAP- the results were FINE.

Worst Dr ever. Had seen this Dr twice by disgrace during hospitalization. First time he didnt wanted to right a medical note for work. Second time he did not responded the nurses for my discharge, waited from ten in the morning and had to spent another day. Just because of his irrrsponsibility and careless attitude with patients.
