Horrible. I arrived at my appointment early but waited 2 hrs to be seen for vitals only. After waiting for an hour I asked how much longer. I was told there was 1 person before me and she wasn't sure how long everything would take. I waited another 45 mins and was finally taken for vitals. While in the room the staff did my weight and blood pressure while asking questions that were already answered on the form. I answered them anyway. She then began taking out the supplies to draw blood. The single glove was the last thing to be taken out. She wrote on the vials and urine cup, needles, alcohol pads, etc all without putting on the single glove. She flicked her hair with her bare hands then took the alcohol pad out and laid it to the side. Sprayed the tie with hand sanitizer spray again in her bare hands. I told her to start again but this time with gloves on both hands. She got up and left. Thr doctor came in and asked what was the problem. I told him what occurred. He asked who referred me and why I was there. I told him my gyn referred me. He asked who my primary doctor was. I told him. He said I had an attitude since I got there and I had to leave. I left without an issue. I was waiting outside in the cold for my access a ride that I had to reschedule due to the long visit wait. I was upset and a patient going in asked what was wrong. I told him with tears in my eyes. He said Dr. Diggs did the same thing to his sister. I would never go here if it was the last place on God's green earth. The staff was rude, unprofessional and I wouldn't recommend for a rat to go to this facility.

THE WORST APPT. IVE EVER HAD
I waited over five hours. That’s after waiting over three hours four days ago not being seen and being told to come back today at 2pm. After 7pm, I was ‘seen’. I was asked not one question. I went because of my health and wasn’t asked anything, I was rushed to leave! I am LIVID. I left crying as I wasted my entire day and got nothing in return. Now if I go back or to another office I have to pay for the same thing I was suppose to do today. LIVID. I WILL NEVER RETURN. and I know the staff all knows who is writing this. The staff is actually nice, no complaints on them but they need to get It together as a business. It does not take two patients over two and a half hours when I seen them leave after their appointments. A joke of a place. Go here if you want to waste your entire day.

Still very very long wait times I booked an appointment for my brother-in-law for 3 o’clock today and he is still there waiting 20 people are ahead of him. They took his blood around an hour ago and he told the staff what is the hold up and they gave him a blank stare. How could this place be in business horrible should be closed down!!

My parents waited almost two hours in the HEAT for their appointment with Dr. Driggs. No one gave them a sense of how long they had to wait, and there was NO sign of Dr. Driggs. There were at least 10 people in the waiting room and another 10 waiting outside. What are the protocols for spacing out appointments? Why aren't elderly, more vulnerable patients prioritized and space made for them to not be outside in dangerous heat levels? I tried calling Dr. Driggs at least 10 times and no one answered. I finally called Montefiore Medical Center directly and they, too, could not get through. This is 100 percent unacceptable. I told my parents they should go home before they got heat stroke.

Used to be a great doctor and had an excellent manager. Since Karen's departure, it is the worst run practice I have ever experienced. Currently, they supposedly have telemedicine. One minor problem is that the physician is never online! They also have an office line where you leave a message, but noone returns the calls! Dont go there!
