Dr. Carlos Granja, MD

Dr. Granja is pleasant and attentive however, the office staff is terrible. They never answer calls, emails or return messages. Every time we need something it takes numerous calls to different people and about 3 days to get through to someone. Office manager is never available either. They do not care about the patient. Telehealth is offered but when asked, they say they no longer offer it and patient (91 years old) has to go in person to review lab work. Terrible, terrible patient care. We will be looking for new Dr.

The visits aren't the problem. But I have to call at least 5 or 6 times over the course of a week before I get a call back. A number of times, appointments were canceled on me, and it took a week just to get Megan to call me back to reschedule. I'm switching to another nephrologist. Not sure how long it will take them to return my call about transferring my medical records.

Tried to contact Dr Granja to get lab work prescription for my upcoming appointment. Called office numerous times, unable to talk to a real person. Office person rude and condescending, no call back so far. A very customer unfriendly office.

Dr. Granja has an unfriendly disposition! Two members of his office staff both, on separate occasions assured me that they had sent the doctor's order for bloodwork prior to my appointment and neglected to do so!! Sloppy and unprofessional office staff!
