Dr. Carlos Reyes-Pescador, MD

I have a disability and can't drive to the doctor, so I found Dr. Reyes-Pescador, who is a visiting physician and in-network with my Medicaid coverage. I called the office and spoke with Sandy, who explained the process and made my appointment. She was friendly, professional, and an absolute joy to work with. Dr. Reyes-Pescador has a great bedside manner. He said he believes in both holistic and Western medicine and would support me in either with every condition/medication decision I make. He sent the necessary prescriptions to my pharmacy and got me set up with the specialists I need (I just moved to the area) and a new DME company. Everything went smoothly. I was impressed! Now, if I need him, we will do telehealth or he will come to my home again.

Having this "doctor" and staff was a nightmare and gross disappointment! Most of the office staff acted as if all suffered from dementia. They were either very forgetful, neglectful, liars, just didn't care, or all of the above. Sandy would claim she put through orders and sent requested documents to the DMEs but did not. Which delayed the patient receiving much needed supplies. A low air loss mattress, recommended and ordered by a hospital physician and patient care coordinator had to be special made. We provided patient weight, height. The maker requested certain patient information from this doctor's visit that was never sent although Sandy and other staff claimed it had. They later gave a poor excuse as to why it was not done. Because of this 4 month long delay, the maker canceled the order. The office stopped returning calls, then without warning or explanation, dropped the patient.
